Kakatiya Boutique is owned by Mrs.Kavitha Thakkalapelli. It was initially known as KIFT ( Kakatiya Institute of Fashion Technology) where Fashion & Textile Designing was taught. Kavitha Thakkalapelli started the institute as well as the boutique with an ideology of designing unique Indian apparel for women
