Grade 6 Internship Programme – Nutrition & Wellness 🌿

As part of our Grade 6 Internship Programme, we have invited Dr. Ambika Niranjan, a speciality paediatric dietitian, certified diabetes educator and lactation counsellor, to interact with our Grade 6 students.

With 7+ years of experience, Dr. Ambika has supported 2,000+ individuals across India and 9 countries in achieving their health and wellness goals.

She specialises in paediatric nutrition, weight management, diabetes, hormonal health, and pregnancy and lactation nutrition. She believes in promoting balanced, practical and sustainable eating habits rather than fat diets or restrictive practices.

Through this interaction, our students will gained valuable insights into nutrition, healthy food choices and the importance of a healthy lifestyle, connecting their classroom learning with real-world experiences.
