A distinguished guest lecture on “ *Clinical* *Pathway in Health Care* ” was conducted at Apollo College of Nursing, Hyderabad, on 20 December 2025 by Dr. Prabhavathi, Additional Medical Superintendent – Quality & Accreditation (Clinical Services), Apollo institute of medical sciences and research, Hospitals.

The session provided valuable insights into Clinical Care Pathways as evidence-based frameworks that ensure safe, timely, and consistent patient care, enhance clinical outcomes, elevate patient experience, and strengthen quality and accreditation practices.

World Aids Day Observation
The Nss Unit ( Students And Faculty) Of Apollo College Of Nursing Observed World AIDS Day On 1st December by creating awareness through rally on the Theme " Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response “.
Principal ,NSS Program officer, Faculty Members, Post Basic Students Participated In The Event. After The Formal Gathering, A Rally Was Conducted In And Around The Campus. Students Raised Meaningful Slogans And Held Placards Highlighting Messages Such As “Stop AIDS, Keep The Promise”, “Awareness Is The Best Protection”
The Rally Successfully Created Awareness Among The Public And Encouraged Community Participation In The Fight Against HIV/AIDS. The Programme Concluded With Thanks to all Participants For Making The Event Impactful.

*Constitution Day Celebration

The NSS unit (students and faculty) of Apollo College of Nursing gathered to celebrate Constitution Day, led by our respected Principal Prof. Dr. A. Jayasudha and NSS Program officer Ms. Lavanya. The event began with brief note highlighting the significance of Constitution day by NSS program officer.

The Principal recited the Preamble to the Constitution of India, followed by the students and faculty reaffirming our commitment to the values and principles enshrined in our Constitution.

"We, the citizens of India, having faith in our democratic values, hereby affirm our commitment to uphold the sovereignty, unity, and integrity of India. We pledge to strive for the well-being of our nation and its people, and to promote the principles of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity as enshrined in our Constitution."

The event was a reminder of the importance of our Constitution and the role we play in upholding its values.

Apollo College of Nursing observed World Diabetes day on 14th November 2025 on the theme : "DIABETES AND WELLBEING" to raise awareness about Diabetes, it's prevention and management. As part of observance, the MSN Dept organized a series of educational activities including Guest Lectures on New Technologies in Diabetes Management, Importance of Millet Diet, Demonstration session on Continuous Glucose Monitoring ( CGM) and Quiz competition for the Nursing students to enhance their theoretical and practical understanding of Diabetes care. The sessions were highly Interactive. Students actively participated in Quiz which promoted active learning and created enthusiasm. The department extended the gratitude to the resource persons, Principal, faculty and students for their enthusiastic participation.
