3. Reskill Every 3-6 Months After knowing the updates start learning what's in demand: AI, Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, Cybersecurity, RPA — whatever aligns with your field. Don’t wait for your company to sponsor it — invest in yourself.

4. Think Beyond “Tasks” — Become a Problem Solver Companies value people who understand the business impact, not just those who write code or configure screens.

5. Build a Strong Internal Brand Document for your work. Share updates with your manager. Speak up in meetings. Be seen. Be known. 𝘚𝘪𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘪𝘣𝘶𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘴 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘨𝘰𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘯 𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘣𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘴.
