Nischaya conducted a successful session with IAS D Krishna Bhaskar, commissioner, Ministry of Industries, and Ms. M Sindhuja (AIR 458, UPSC CSE 2022) on the topic titled 'Decoding Bureaucracy: Civil Services Exam and Beyond.' The event was graced by honorable Vice-Chancellor Dr. BJ Rao as the chief guest, who hailed the members of the society for their excellent work over the year. The guest of honor for the event was Malkondoiah IPS (retd.) who shared his invaluable insights from the service.
The society extends its gratitude towards director HRDC, UoH and the faculty co-ordinator for their continued support.

The United Nations Security Council is an intergovernmental body primarily responsible for maintenance of international peace and security.

It has 15 members, with each having 1 vote. Under the charter of the United Nations, all member states are obligated to comply with the council's decisions. Therefore it is the world's most powerful intergovernmental body.

Nischaya- The Civil Services Society, as part of its list of special events oriented towards the upcoming Civil Services Prelims examination, is organising an online Topper's talk with Makarandu Manda, IAS. He was ranked 110th for 2019 Civil Services examination.

This meeting is open for all and is expected to clear any and all doubts for students regarding the upcoming examination. Nischaya expects strong attendence from the student community on the matter.

𝙉𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙮𝙖- 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙡 𝙎𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮 had, on April 21 organised a panel discussion on the topic:

"𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙜𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝘽𝙪𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙪𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙮"

The event was held at the School of Life Sciences (SLS) Seminar Hall.

The panel for this session consisted of former civil servants
Shri B. P. Acharya, IAS (Retd)
Shri A. K. Goel, IAS (Retd)
Shri Rajiv Trivedi, IPS (Retd)

Further, the venue was blessed by the presence of Dr Devesh Nigam (Registrar, UOH) and Prof P Venkata Rao, who were the guests of honour.

All three panelists shared their insights on the evolving role of civil services in India. The impact of the changing nature of bureaucracy on civil servants was also a crucial part of the discussion. Student interaction was a key part of the event with panelists taking time off to interact and talk to students and answer any queries they may have come up with.

Nischaya thanks all the panelists and guests for gracing the event with their presence and appreciates the support by the student community in making the event a success.
