** ** and ** ** sign MOU to promote drone skills in construction sector 🏗️
IDA and CSDCI have joined hands to enhance the drone skills of the construction workforce. The MOU aims to provide quality drone training to construction workers and professionals, as per the National Occupational Standards (NOS) and National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) levels.
IDA is delighted to partner with CSDCI, which is promoted by the Construction Federation of India (CFI), Builders’ Association of India (BAI), National Highways Builders Federation (NHBF) and Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI). IDA has going to train over 3500 pilots across country through CSDCI and has received recognition from the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) and Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for its drone pilot training programs.
CSDCI is committed to developing and supporting skilling solutions for the construction industry, which is one of the largest employers in the country. Drones have immense potential to improve the efficiency, safety and quality of construction projects, and CSDCI is happy to join hands with IDA to impart drone skills to the construction workforce.
The MOU will enable both organizations to offer drone training courses, conduct assessments and certifications, and provide placement assistance to trainees. It will also facilitate the exchange of best practices, knowledge, and resources between IDA and CSDCI.
This collaboration is expected to benefit the construction sector by creating a pool of skilled drone pilots who can perform various tasks such as aerial survey, inspection, mapping, monitoring, and documentation. It will also help in creating awareness and promoting the adoption of drones in the construction industry.
Join us in building a better future with drones!
