Grade 8 students of the Chemistry Department 🧪 transformed their classroom into a mini science lab 🔬 during the Creativity & Innovation Hour 💡, exploring the concept of Physical and Chemical Changes through hands-on learning.
Students rotated through interactive experiment stations such as melting ice ❄️, tearing paper 📄, dissolving salt 🧂, burning paper 🔥, and the exciting reaction between baking soda and vinegar 🧪✨.
Each station became a space for discovery, observation, and discussion.
As young scientists 👩🔬👨🔬, they carefully observed and recorded changes like colour transformation 🎨, gas evolution 💨, heat production 🔥, and reversibility 🔁, enabling them to connect theory with real-life experiences.
The classroom was filled with curiosity and excitement 🤩 as students predicted outcomes, tested their ideas, and reflected on their observations 📊.
The activity not only strengthened conceptual understanding but also nurtured critical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills 🧠🤝.
This experiential learning approach made the session lively, meaningful, and memorable 🌟, truly bringing science to life.
