Struggling to gain weight?

IT’S NOT AS IF WE AREN’T TRYING !!!!! 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
I’m always shocked when I look at my old photo, so I just close my album after turning few pages. ☹️Each time I stand in front of the mirror, I step away from the mirror.☹️ Uhhh !! These sadly, make me feel like am a Bag of Bones… 🚶🏼♀️
“I know what being too thin and not feeling comfortable is like”.😒
“I know how frustrating it can be if you’re working out hard at gym and I see no progress at all. “😒
Maintaining an extremely lean and skinny physiques is neither always comfortable nor super healthy. Being overly thin and skinny does have its PAIN POINTS and if you’d like to change something about it, You Should! 💪✌🏼
✅Detach yourself from the image of yourself as a skinny guy or girl.
✅Get the body you want if you’re unsatisfied with your current shape.
✅ Focus on preparation of your meals and never miss out on calories.

While it may be a good idea to keep tabs on your weight, it is also important to analyze what makes up your weight. 👩🏻🏫 No matter what your weight, the higher percentage of body fat you have , the more likely you are to develop obesity related diseases as mentioned in our previous post. ✌🏼
Just like we wait for the report card or test results, we are most often dread or anticipate what weighing scale will show. But can the scale tell you the whole story?? 🤔🤔
