Some stories stay with you because they are beautiful.

Some stay because they make you pause.

And some quietly change the way you see an ordinary thing forever.

For me, ๐—š๐˜‚๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—น๐—ผ ๐—ฃ๐˜‚๐˜ƒ๐˜ƒ๐˜‚ did all three.

My attempt, throughout this journey, was to remain as true as possible to Shri Jeedigunta Ramachandra Murthy garuโ€™s original story, to bring it into English without taking away its soul, and then let it live naturally through spoken storytellin
