Looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-6 years of work experience in overseas education consultancy.
Ideal candidate would have worked for an overseas education consultancy firm, which recruits students who are looking to study abroad.
The main role will be to do face to face & Telephone counseling on higher education and the admission process for various Universities in USA, AUS, NZ, UK, Europe and CAN.
Able to guide and engage potential students (and their families) to provide course offerings based on their background and encourage them in the right direction of their career progression or pathways.
Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions
Advise applicants/ students about various Provider course offerings and entry/ eligibility requirements including professional, personal and financial requirements in-order to Study Abroad High attention to detail in all types of Student Counselling regarding Provider (University and Colleges) Courses and Admissions processes and procedures
Excellent at written and oral communication
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with other team members
Careful about documentation and note-taking
Competent to use Office applications and any University or College Student Systems is an advantage
Maintain and Update accurate student information from enquiry stage to enrollment stage in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system on daily basis.
Meet monthly targets and maintain conversion ratio.
Candidates are allowed for flexible working on managers discretion, once after successful completion of probation period.
