The St. Olaf's church built in 1897 was an inspiration for the first movie of Frozen.
Anna and Elsa’s fantasy kingdom of Arendelle was inspired by Norway.
There are lots of similarities to Norwegian culture in Frozen, like the embroidery on the clothes, the decors on the walls and even the stripped mane of the fjord horse.
There’s a town in Norway called Arendal, but the inspiration for Arendelle’s town square came mostly from the historic center of Bergen, Norway’s second largest city.
