Bismillaahir Rahmaanir Raheem 
Alam nashrah laka sadrak
Wa wa d'ana 'anka wizrak
Allazee anqada zahrak
Wa raf 'ana laka zikrak
Fa inna ma'al usri yusra
Inna ma'al 'usri yusra
Fa iza faragh ta fansab
Wa ilaa rabbika far ghab



In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
Have We not expanded thee thy breast?-
And removed from thee thy burden
The which did gall thy back?-
And raised high the esteem (in which) thou (art held)?
So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief:
Verily, with every difficulty there is relief.
Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,
And to thy Lord turn (all) th attention.

68.Wa Rabbuka yakhuluqu maa yashaaa'u wa yakhtaar; maa kaana lahumul khiyarah; Subhannal laahi wa Ta'aalaa 'ammmaa yushrikoon

68. Your Lord creates whatever He wills, and He chooses. The choice is not theirs. Glory be to God, and exalted is He above the associations they make.

15.Innamaa yu'minu bi aayaatinal lazeena izaa zukkiroo bihaa kharroo sujjadanw wa sabbahoo bihamdi rabbihim wa hum laa yastakbiroon (make sajda)

15. They believe in Our communications, those who, when reminded of them, fall down in prostration, and glorify their Lord with praise, and they are not proud.
