A traditional B.E. degree meant loans and no work experience, but the Susandhi Fellowship offered both a degree and four years of industry exposure. That choice transformed his path—he interned in Digital Physical Design at ekLakshya, authored research papers on low-power design and signal integrity, and grew into a confident technologist. Today, he works as a Digital Physical Design Engineer at Skyworks Solutions, while enjoying cricket and travel in his free time. For Mahendra and his family, placement in a semiconductor product company was a moment of pure joy!
