The Vidyamandir is still scattering the light of knowledge in the surrounding villages and the school authority is still committed to do so in the days to come. Satish babu's brother Late Jatindranath Samanta made this effort powerful with his benevolent activities. Late Mohanlal Galaya, Late Binod Bihari Shee, Late Gangadhar Hait and many other education lovers extended their cordial help to them. The school was named Pancharul Srihari Vidyamandir in memory of Late Srihari Samanta, uncle of Late Satish Chandra Samanta. In this regard it is worth-mentioning that at first the Vidyamandir started its operation at the 'Bener Dalan' at Pancharul Jagannath Tala, near about one kilometer away from the present school premises. The school started its new journey in the present building which was built at the donated land and money of the samanta family.The school started sending students for the school final exams. Then it got recognition for teaching I.A. In the year 1998 it got recognition from H.S. Council.Now the school teaches science and arts subjects in the H.S. The school has vocational stream in two levels.One is X+ 2 Level(E.T) and the other is VIII + Level.Side by side with the general stream from v to xii lots of students are also being benefitted from the vocational stream of the school
