MORNING GLORY was founded by Mrs Rupa Sarkar (Dey) on 14th April 1993 at Kona,Howrah. The medium of instruction is English with Bengali or Hindi as the vernacular subjects,great importance is given to the teaching and maintenance of good standard in all the three languages. The aim and objective of the institution are not only to promote education by encouraging academic excellence, but also to pr

ovide ample opportunities to nature all-round development of the pupils and to stimulate and develop creative thoughts in them,so that their personalities develop and ultimately they become worthy citizens caring for others and have sense of duty and responsibility to the society. To carry out our objective talented individuals from diverse fields are appointed and we are proud of our Teaching Staff.

Remembering one of the greatest teacher in India on his 165th birthday.

Rabindranath Tagore was one of the first teachers to take teaching beyond the confines of the classroom and form a school, which he envisioned to be 'a world centre for the study of humanity somewhere beyond the limits of nation and geography'. Teaching usually took place outdoors or under trees in this school.

Tagore personally mentored his students, not just academically but also emotionally and spiritually to ensure that they receive a holistic education.

Rabindranath Tagore also reshaped Bengali literature and music, becoming the first non-European to win the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1913 for Gitanjali. A towering figure of the Bengal Renaissance, he composed the national anthems of India and Bangladesh, he revolutionized Indian poetry, fiction, and art.
