Today, on June 21, 2024, our college celebrated International Yoga Day with enthusiasm. Students engaged in various activities, including yoga sessions and watching informative videos highlighting yoga's history and benefits. Yoga, an ancient practice originating from India, promotes physical strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. It reduces stress, improves posture, and enhances overall well-being. By embracing yoga, individuals cultivate a harmonious balance between mind and body, fostering a healthier lifestyle.

The One Day National Seminar on Empowering Minds A Guide to Social & Emotional Learning in Education, organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Surendralal Das Teachers' Training College in collaboration with Netaji Subhas Open University (NSOU), was held on June 8th, 2024, at our college. Esteemed professors and educationalists from various colleges and universities across the nation graced the event, sharing their profound knowledge and experiences. . A special highlight was the launch of a comprehensive book, with each subtopic authored by our dedicated faculty members. The seminar was a resounding success, enriching all attendees with profound insights and collaborative spirit.
