Minimum marks required in the qualifying exam

Candidates belonging to general category must have passed 10+2 with at least 45% in best four subjects excluding environmental studies. Candidates from SC/ST/PWD category are required to have secured a minimum of 40% in their qualifying exam.

Key pointers on Calcutta University BA LLB 2020 exam pattern
As per the Calcutta University BA LLB exam pattern 2020. The examination for BA LLB course will be held offline;
Candidates will be answering the questions asked from sections namely - General English, General Mathematics, General Knowledge, etc.
candidates need to answer the questions by circling the suitable option on OMR sheet.

Paper will be of total 100 marks, having 100 MCQs, where each question will have four options among which only one will be correct as mentioned under Calcutta University BA LLB exam pattern 2020..

No negative marking for wrong attempts.

Applicants must bring admit card along with a valid photo identity proof, and a colored photograph.

Candidates are requested not to bring items like calculator, mobile phones, etc. as authorities will not be responsible in case of loss or damage of such items.

Candidates must ensure whether their answer is correct or not cause Calcutta University exam pattern of BA LLB 2020 does not allow changes, once an option is being already darkened.

Applicants who are suffering with low vision, will be granted with 20 minutes extra time per hour of entrance examination, suggested by Calcutta University 2020 BA LLB exam pattern

Candidates need to submit their question booklet and OMR answer sheet to the invigilator after they have finished with answering questions for Calcutta University BA LLB exam.
