Julien Day School, Howrah was proud to host the CISCE Zonal Girls’ Throwball Competition (Zone C) on 25th July 2026.

The tournament brought together talented young athletes from Divine Mercy School, Sister Nivedita School, Ideal Public School, and Julien Day School, Howrah across the Under-14, Under-17, and Under-19 categories. Each match reflected determination, teamwork, skill, and true sportsmanship.

We are delighted to share that Julien Day School, Howrah emerged as the Overall Champions, making the occasion even more special.

Heartfelt thanks to all participating schools, coaches, referees, officials, and supporters for making the event a grand success. Congratulations to all the players for their spirited performances.

Julien Day School, Howrah came alive with energy during the Inter-House Dance Competition, where students showcased their talent through Rabindra Nritya, Folk Dance, Classical Dance, and Open Creative Dance.

Students of Classes I and II at Julien Day School, Howrah attended an informative counselling session conducted by the school nurse on personal hygiene and healthy daily habits.

Through simple and engaging guidance, the children learned the importance of washing their hands properly, using soap, cleaning their hands before eating and after using the toilet, and taking responsibility for their personal wellbeing.

The session helped our young learners understand that small healthy habits can protect them and those around them.
