As part of the CMCA activity, the visit to the Waste Segregation Unit at ASTC HUDCO, Hosur, on 9th Jan 2026, Friday was an extremely informative and enriching experience for students of Class 8. Students observed the systematic segregation of dry waste. They also learned how coconut husk is converted into coco peat, and how flower waste and food waste are processed into organic manure for plants.
The demonstration of plastic waste into compact blocks was particularly insightful and helped students understand the importance of proper waste management and recycling.
City Health Officer, Ms. Ajitha and Sanitary Inspector, Ms. Sangamitra, explained each process clearly and patiently addressing students’ questions, making the session highly interactive and engaging.

The Titan School celebrated Pongal with great joy and cultural spirit on 13.01.26, with enthusiastic participation from students of Classes 1 to 11.

The celebration came alive with vibrant traditional dances from different states, beautifully showcasing the essence of Pongal, Lohri, Sankranti, and Bihu, reflecting India’s rich unity in diversity.

The festivities continued with fun-filled traditional games such as slow cycling, breaking the pot, lemon & spoon race, and slow walking, enjoyed by both students and teachers, adding laughter and excitement to the day.

A special highlight of the celebration was the traditional preparation of Sweet Pongal on the school campus, which was lovingly shared with all students, spreading joy and togetherness.

The day was a wonderful blend of culture, tradition, fun, and community spirit, leaving everyone with sweet memories and festive smiles.

The Pre-Primary Annual Sports Day was on 13.01.26, filled with energy, excitement, and smiling faces.

All our little champs from Nursery to UKG participated with great enthusiasm. The event began with a colourful Fun March, where our tiny tots marched confidently with cheerful pom-poms, spreading joy all around.

This was followed by a well-coordinated Mass Drill, showcasing teamwork, rhythm, and discipline. The excitement continued with group games, a mixed relay featuring hurdles, hoops, and dumbbells, bringing out the spirit of cooperation and fun. The day concluded with a lively running race, where every child ran with confidence and happiness.

This Sports Day focused on participation over competition, celebrating joy, movement, and true sportsmanship.

As part of SPICMACAY, students of class 9 attended a three day intensive in Karuppur Kalamkari artwork held at The Titan School from 15th to 17th of December 2025.

They experienced the timeless beauty of Kalamkari, a traditional hand-painted textile art form under the guidance of Guruji Shri K Lakshmi Narayanan and his disciples .

This workshop introduced participants to the rich history, cultural significance, and meticulous process behind this ancient craft.

Participants learnt the fundamentals of Kalamkari, including motif planning, natural dye application, and basic hand-painting techniques guided by the skilled artisans and created their own Kalamkari artwork.

The Titan School hosted its Alumni Meet on 24th December 2025 at the school campus, bringing together alumni for a truly memorable evening.
The meet was filled with a beautiful exchange of cherished memories, alumni sharing their current journeys and achievements, and the election of Batch Representatives — making it both meaningful and engaging.
Warm pleasantries were exchanged, friendships were rekindled, and the evening concluded on a joyful note, leaving everyone with hearts full of nostalgia and smiles to carry forward.

The Titan School bid a fond and memorable farewell to its Class 12 students of the batch 2026 on 20th December 2025, marking the completion of an important academic journey.
The evening was a beautiful blend of celebration and reflection, as cherished memories were shared by our Principal, Dr. Deepa V, along with the dedicated teaching faculty. Each student was presented with a token of appreciation as a symbol of love, pride, and encouragement from the school.
With heartfelt wishes for the successful completion of their Class 12 Board Examinations and every success in their future endeavours, we bid our dear students a warm adieu.

# A Fond Farewell to a Visionary Leader.
On 24th December 2025, The Titan School organised a heartfelt farewell for Mr. C. K. Venkataraman, Chairperson of the Titan Foundation for Education and Managing Director of Titan Company Ltd.
He was felicitated in recognition of his invaluable contributions to the growth of the school and his remarkable leadership in the industry. The occasion was made even more special by the inspiring pearls of wisdom shared by Managing Trustee, Mr.N.Kailasanathan, and CKV Sir, leaving a lasting impression on all present.
It was truly a memorable moment of gratitude, reflection, and inspiration.

Christmas Celebration at School 🎄✨

Our school campus was filled with joy and festive cheer as students from Classes 1 to 12 celebrated Christmas together. The programme featured melodious Christmas carols, lively festive dances, and a beautifully arranged Christmas Crib that reflected the true spirit of the season.

The celebration became even more special when Santa Claus appeared on stage, spreading happiness and distributing chocolates to all the children. The day ended with smiles, laughter, and the true spirit of Christmas in every heart.

Our Pre-Primary Annual Day WonderWoods, held on 19th December 2025, was a joyful celebration of imagination and talent. Nursery children amazed everyone with a magical Book Walk, while LKG & UKG students confidently presented engaging role plays.

All students lit up the stage with lively dances — Hula, Bumble Bee, Jungle Jazz, Garba, and Bhangra — filling the atmosphere with colour, energy, and smiles.

The much awaited Inter-house Quiz Finals for Classes 6 to 8 took place on 10th December 2025. Based on their performance in the preliminary rounds, three students from each house qualified for the finals. The competition comprised a diverse set of thought-provoking rounds, including topics such as inventions, prodigies, animal superpowers, astronomy, idioms and many more. Sourcing questions from The Hindu In School enriched the experience and fostered a habit of meaningful reading among students.

The Titan School conducted the Annual Interhouse Debate Competition 2025, where ideas collided and minds expanded through powerful arguments and insightful perspectives.

The Preliminary Round 1 took place between Fastrack House and Nebula House on the topic “Discipline is the habit of the wise” vs “Discipline is the rule of the weak.”
Preliminary Round 2 was contested between Raga House and Sonata House on the topic “Gender Equality is a progress story” vs “Gender Equality is a persistent struggle.”

After two intense and engaging rounds, Team Nebula and Team Sonata qualified for the Final Round, where they debated the topic:
“Are AI tools like ChatGPT a revolution in education or a risk to originality?”

Team Sonata emerged as the winners, presenting their arguments with clarity and persuasive with poise.

Our School Choir students from Classes 9, 10, and 11 had the honour of performing at the prestigious Tamilisai Vizha, organised by the Department of Art & Culture, Government of Tamil Nadu, on 15th November 2025.
Our Students rendered Naalvar Thuthi followed by Devaram, Bharathiar songs, and Kavadi Sindhu, bringing alive the richness of Tamil’s classical and literary heritage. A big congratulations to our young singers and appreciation to Master Santhosh, who trained them with great dedication!
