✨International Youth Day 2026 ✨

Red Ribbon Club of SGGSCE, Kamlooh organised an awareness activity on 12 August 2026 to observe International Youth Day.
As part of the programme, students participated in a poem recitation activity, presenting meaningful and inspiring poems highlighting youth empowerment, social responsibility, hope, and positive change.

SGGSCE Beghpur Kamlooh celebrated the Teej Festival with great enthusiasm and festive spirit. As part of the celebration, a Mehndi Competition was organised to provide students an opportunity to showcase their creativity, artistic skills, and traditional cultural talent. Students participated enthusiastically and displayed beautiful and innovative mehndi designs. The competition created a joyful atmosphere and helped students connect with the rich cultural traditions associated with Teej.

Drug-Free Youth, Bright Future 🙏

The Welfare Committee of GNIEM, Naushehra organized a *Seminar on Drug Awareness* for students.

*Prajapita Brahmakumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Hariana* (Near ITI) joined the session to guide and spread awareness among the students about the ill effects of drugs and the importance of a healthy, positive lifestyle.

The session aimed to educate, motivate, and empower students to make right choices for their future.

Under the aegis of IQAC, the Red Ribbon Club of Guru Nanak College of Education, Dalewal Hoshiarpur under the able guidance of Principal Dr. Dheeraj Sharma organized an Awareness Campaign on Drug Abuse through a Poster-Making Activity on the occasion of International Youth Day.
The activity aimed to create awareness among students about the harmful effects of drug and substance abuse and to encourage youth to make healthy and responsible choices. It also highlighted the important role of youth in nation-building, social responsibility, healthy living, and positive social change.
Students actively participated in the activity with great enthusiasm and showcased their creativity through meaningful, informative, and thought-provoking posters. They conveyed powerful messages such as “Say No to Drugs,” “Choose Life, Not Drugs,” and “Youth Against Drugs.” Through their posters, students highlighted the physical, mental, social, and economic consequences of drug abuse, along with the importance of avoiding peer pressure and promoting a healthy and drug-free society.
The activity was conducted by the Members of the Red Ribbon Club, Ms. Pushpinder Kaur Vice Principal of College delivered speech on this occasion and students of B.Ed. sem 3 made wonderful posters on this occasion.
