One day seminar on Cyber Crime has been organised in D.A.V. Collegiate Senior Secondary School on 26.11.2025 by Bureau of Investigation Punjab Police Hoshiarpur.Sh. Amritpal Singh,Sh. Gaganpreet Singh and Sh. Amritpal Singh(I.T.A. sub division City) notified the students about the cyber crimes.They have warned the students about the the frauds that are done through Facebook,Instagram and other Banking apps.They guided the students that they can protect themselves from these cyber attacks by avoiding to share their personal information on these apps.Incharge Dr. Rupakshi Bagga ji always encourages such type of seminars. Principal Dr. Vinay Kumar ji explained that mobile is the need of the day but we should be conscious while using it.President Dr. Anoop Kumar ji(CMC) and Secretary Sh.Ram Bhalla ji congratulated the Collegiate for organising such activities.Dean Examination Mr. Naveen Kumar ji also attended this seminar.

The Investiture Ceremony of Students Central Association of D.A.V. Collegiate Sen.Sec.School,Hoshiarpur was organised on Oct11,2025.Dr. Rupakshi Bagga nominated the most capable, disciplined and obedient Students with leadership qualities Mr. Lovepreet as Head Boy and Ms. Jasmine as Head Girl.The Principal Prof.(Dr.) Vinay Kumar embellished them with badges. The Class Representatives in all streams were also assigned their responsibilities.President Dr. Anoop Kumar and Secretary Sh. R.M.Bhalla(CMC) congratulated the students and the staff.

Outstanding result of 10+2 students

A seminar against the use of plastic has been organized by Vardhman Yarns and Threads Limited in D.A.V. Collegiate Sen.Sec.School. Mr.Parminder Singh(Sr. Vice-president) Engineering Dept.Vardhman Yarns and Threads Limited has elaborated the disadvantages of plastic use.The seminar was quite interactive and thought provoking.
