Day 6 of Peace and Meditation Week, Darshan Academy Dasuya organised a peaceful and meaningful Peace Rally to spread the message of love, kindness, harmony and non-violence.

The students participated enthusiastically, carrying placards with inspiring messages such as “Peace Begins with Me,” “Choose Kindness,” “Spread Love, Not Hate,” and “Let Peace Prevail.” Through the rally, students encouraged everyone to embrace compassion, respect one another and contribute towards creating a peaceful society.

The event concluded with a renewed commitment by students and teachers to choose peace, practice kindness and spread positivity in everyday life.

Day 5 of Peace and Meditation Week started with 80 Smiles activity for  Community Connect, organised to spread joy, kindness and a sense of togetherness. Students and teachers reached out to people around them with warm smiles, kind words and thoughtful gestures, creating moments of happiness in the community.

The initiative highlighted how a simple smile can break barriers, strengthen connections and create a positive atmosphere. Through this meaningful activity, the school community embraced the message that peace begins with kindness and grows through human connection.

The activity inspired everyone to make kindness a daily practice and to become a source of positivity wherever they go.

Day 4 of Peace and Meditation Week, focused on the theme “Gratitude Through Care of Nature.” Darshanties  participated in a plantation activity, nurturing young plants as a meaningful expression of gratitude towards Mother Nature. Day 3: As a part of Peace and Meditation Week, students and teachers expressed their personal commitments towards creating a kinder and more peaceful environment. They wrote short commitments such as “I will be kind,” “I will help others,” “I will spread peace,” and “I will speak with love” on colourful balloons.

The activity beautifully reflected the shared resolve of the school community to practise kindness, compassion, patience and peaceful living in their everyday lives.

As part of the Love and Service Week, Darshan Academy, Dasuya organised a heartfelt “Thank You Message” activity to celebrate the spirit of gratitude and appreciation. Students expressed their love and gratitude towards their teachers, parents, school staff and other members of the school community by writing beautiful messages on colourful sticky notes and displaying them on the Thank You Wall.

The activity encouraged students to recognise the kindness, guidance and support they receive every day. It beautifully reflected the values of love, gratitude, respect and service, making the celebration meaningful and heartwarming. The Thank You Wall became a wonderful display of positive thoughts and heartfelt appreciation.

दर्शन अकादमी दसुआ में हिंदी दिवस के अवसर पर विद्यालय में हिंदी भाषा के प्रति सम्मान एवं प्रेम की भावना को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया गया। विद्यार्थियों द्वारा हिंदी भाषा को समर्पित समूह गायन, समूह नृत्य एवं कविताओं की प्रस्तुति दी गई। कुछ विद्यार्थियों ने हिंदी भाषा से संबंधित अपनी प्रस्तुतियाँ दीं तथा  विद्यार्थियों ने कबीर के दोहों का सुंदर प्रस्तुतीकरण किया। विद्यार्थियों के ज्ञानवर्धन एवं हिंदी के प्रति रुचि बढ़ाने के लिए हिंदी प्रश्नोत्तरी का भी आयोजन किया गया। सभी विद्यार्थियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लेते हुए कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाया।

Darshan Academy, Dasuya organised a special assembly to mark the grand opening of the Peace and Meditation Week, celebrating the 80th birthday of H. H. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj. The assembly commenced with a heartfelt prayer, followed by soulful Shabads presented by the girls of Class VI and the boys of Class VII, creating an atmosphere of devotion and peace.

The assembly further featured a poem recitation and a meaningful enactment on the theme of peace by the students of Class VI, beautifully conveying the importance of harmony, compassion and peaceful living. An inspiring thought of H. H. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj was shared, followed by a brief introduction to his life and spiritual journey. A short quiz was also organised to engage the students and deepen their understanding of his teachings.

The students reflected upon the valuable teachings of H. H. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj, which inspire us to lead a life rooted in love, compassion, kindness and service.

During mass meditation, the soothing sound of the wind chimes was played 80 times, symbolising the celebration of the 80th birthday of H. H. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj and creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

The assembly concluded with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony, celebrating the birthday of H. H. Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj along with the students whose birthdays fell on 20th September.

The grand opening beautifully set the tone for a week dedicated to peace, meditation, love and selfless service, inspiring everyone to embrace these values in their daily lives.

As part of the Love and Service Week celebrations, Darshan Academy, Dasuya organised a Toy Donation Drive to spread joy through the spirit of sharing and caring. Students generously brought their gently used toys in good condition, which were collected at school and later distributed among underprivileged children.

The initiative aimed to bring smiles to the faces of children who may not be able to afford toys and to nurture in our students the values of love, kindness, compassion and selfless service. It was a beautiful reminder that sharing what we have can become a source of happiness for others.

Session 1 – Parents

Topic: Gratitude Floods Our Life With Abundance.

The session highlighted the importance of gratitude, contentment and appreciating the blessings in our lives.

Session 2 – Students

Topic: Meditate for Stress-Free Academic Excellence and Talk on Ethical Values.

The session encouraged students to develop a calm and focused mind, manage academic stress and embrace strong ethical values.

Session 3 – Teachers

Topic: Facing life's  Challenges with Meditation 

The session focused on developing a positive perspective, inner strength and resilience to face life’s challenges with patience, wisdom and balance.

Together, the three sessions beautifully reinforced the spirit of love, gratitude, mindfulness, resilience and service, inspiring everyone to nurture these values in their personal and professional lives.
