Don Bosco School, Bandel with its motto “Knowledge and Service” intends to provide quality education to the
children of this region and to give them a strong foundation to build up character and a value based life. The school
which began in 1978 with 40 students in Class 5, today has over 2000 students from classes 1 to 12. Ever since
the beginning the school has come through various phases of dev

elopment. Eventually the school came to 10 +
2 level and is affiliated to the ICSE / ISC board, New Delhi. The medium of instruction is English and the students
are encouraged to speak only English in the campus. Instilling discipline, acquiring a sense of the Sacred, character
formation, development of personal and community values, building up community feeling, commitment to social
wellbeing and academic excellence are some of the priorities of this institution
