The way you treat others is a direct reflection of your own character, values, and emotional maturity. Rather than indicating another person's worth, your actions expose your internal state, biases, and how you choose to navigate the world.

How others treat you: If someone treats you badly, that behavior is a reflection of them..... Not you.

Your response: How you react to that mistreatment or whether you set boundaries reflects your own self-respect.

Respect and Self-respect... Both need to be honoured.

National Flag Adoption Day in India is observed every year on July 22 to commemorate the historic day in 1947 when the Constituent Assembly officially adopted the Tiranga as the country's national flag.

The tricolour flag, with its deep saffron, white, and dark green horizontal bands, was adopted just weeks before India gained independence on August 15, 1947.

The deep saffron represents courage and sacrifice, white stands for peace and truth, and green signifies fertility, growth, and prosperity. At the center of the white band lies the navy-blue Ashoka Chakra (with 24 spokes), which represents righteousness, progress, and continuous movement.
