Hisar District SGFI Skating Competition Held at Mahavir Stadium

Hisar, August 12: The District SGFI Skating Competition was held at Mahavir Stadium, Hisar, on August 12, witnessing enthusiastic participation from around 100 students representing various schools across the district.

Students showcased their talent and competitive spirit in the skating event. Prince of Millennium School secured a silver medal, while Pranav won a bronze medal.

With their impressive performances, both medal winners have been selected to represent Hisar district at the state-level SGFI competition.

Principal Mrs. Rubika Khera congratulated Coach Rahul and the winners on their remarkable achievement and wished them continued success at the state level.

The achievement has brought pride to their school and highlighted the dedication of the students and their coach.

*नायरा तथा तेजस का राज्य स्तर पर चयन*

राजगढ़ रोड स्थित मिलेनियम पब्लिक स्कूल के विद्यार्थियों ने जिला स्तर पर उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के बाद अब राज्य स्तर पर भी अपनी प्रतिभा का परचम लहराया है। विद्यालय की छात्रा नायरा का शूटिंग प्रतियोगिता के लिए तथा छात्र तेजस का लंबी कूद (लॉन्ग जंप) प्रतियोगिता के लिए राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिता में चयन हुआ है।
दोनों विद्यार्थियों ने जिला स्तरीय प्रतियोगिताओं में शानदार प्रदर्शन करते हुए राज्य स्तर पर अपनी जगह सुनिश्चित की। इस उपलब्धि पर विद्यालय में हर्ष का माहौल है।

*Kavya of Millennium Public School Brings Laurels with First Prize in Inter-School Declamation Competition*

Millennium Public School, Azad Nagar, Hisar, added another feather to its cap as Kavya secured the First Prize in the Inter-School Declamation Competition organized by Small Wonder School, Hisar.

The prestigious competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from around 40 schools across Hisar, making the achievement even more remarkable. Kavya impressed the judges with her confident stage presence, powerful expression, and exceptional oratory skills, earning the top position among a highly competitive field of participants.

The management and staff of Millennium Public School congratulated Kavya on her outstanding performance and appreciated the dedicated efforts of the teachers who guided her. We are delighted to share that our talented student Rivansh has brought laurels to Millennium Public School, Azad Nagar, Hisar by securing 🥇 First Position in the 8–10 years Boys Category at the District Yoga Sports Championship, organized by the Haryana Yoga Association.
The championship witnessed participation from around 150 participants representing various schools, colleges, and institutions across the district. Rivansh's outstanding performance, dedication, discipline, and hard work helped him emerge as the winner in his age category.

A mother’s love is the foundation of every home and the first school of every child. She nurtures, guides, and shapes character with patience and unconditional care.
To honour this irreplaceable bond and express gratitude, Millennium Public School celebrated Mother’s Day with great enthusiasm and warmth on its campus. The event was designed to celebrate motherhood through creativity, togetherness, and learning. Mothers participated alongside their children in a series of vibrant competitions that showcased talent and strengthened bonds. The Mehndi Competition saw intricate patterns drawn with love, while the Cooking Without Fire contest brought out innovative, healthy recipes prepared by mother-child duos. Young artists expressed their affection through the Drawing and Colouring Competition, and the Best Out of Waste event turned everyday items into thoughtful handmade gifts for moms. The highlight of the day was a lively Fashion Show, where mothers and children walked the ramp together, radiating confidence and joy.

Beyond celebration, the school also focused on empowerment and well-being. An Awareness Seminar on Cervical Cancer and Menstrual Hygiene was organised for mothers. Expert doctors addressed the gathering, sharing vital information on early detection, vaccination, preventive care, and breaking taboos around menstrual health. The interactive session equipped mothers with knowledge to safeguard their own health and guide their daughters better.
The Principal, Mrs. Rubika Khera, in her address, said, “Mothers are our first teachers and lifelong supporters. This day is a small effort to thank them for their endless sacrifices and to remind them that their health and happiness matter as much as their family’s.” The event concluded with prize distribution and heartfelt moments as children presented handmade cards and gifts to their mothers. The celebration was a beautiful reminder that when schools and families come together, they create not just events, but lasting memories rooted in love and respect.

*House Elections at MILLENNIUM PUBLIC SCHOOL: Building Leaders for Life*

The spirit of democracy came alive at MILLENNIUM PUBLIC SCHOOL, HISAR as students of the four houses: *Victory, Honesty, Bravery, and Wisdom* participated in the annual House Elections. The process saw enthusiastic campaigning, confident speeches, and voting by students to elect their representatives.

Pictured here are the newly elected office bearers of one of the houses, proudly wearing their sashes as *Captain, Vice Captain, Secretary, and Joint Secretary*, alongside their mentor. The board behind them carries a powerful message: _"हम सब एक हैं"_ : We are all one.

*Why House Elections Matter*

*12वीं गर्ल्स कराटे चैलेंज कप में मिलेनियम स्कूल ने जीता प्रथम स्थान* 🏆 🥇

मिर्जापुर रोड स्थित दर्शन अकैडमी स्कूल में 12वीं गर्ल्स कराटे चैलेंज कप 2026 का आयोजन किया गयाl यह प्रतियोगिता सूरजसेवा फाउंडेशन की यूनिट वीरांगना की ओर से किया गया, जिसमें 19 स्कूलों एवं खेल संस्थाओं से लगभग 400 खिलाड़ियों ने भाग लेकर अपना दमखम दिखाया।
सूरजसेवा फाउंडेशन के निदेशक व एशियन कराटे रेफ़री हरीश सिराधना ने बताया कि मिलेनियम पब्लिक स्कूल के 47 खिलाड़ियों ने भाग लिया। जिसमें से 15 स्वर्ण पदक ,18 रजत पदक और 10 कांस्य पदक जीतकर प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त किया ।इस अवसर पर मिलेनियम पब्लिक स्कूल की प्रिंसिपल श्रीमती रुबिका खेड़ा ने कोच विजय अग्रवाल, स्वीटी गर्ग और विजेता खिलाड़ियों को बधाई दी और कहा कि बच्चों को ऐसी प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लेते रहना चाहिए ताकि उनका मानसिक और शारीरिक विकास हो सके।

The students organized a vibrant march past to Sheed Smarak, proudly carrying the Indian national flag and displaying their school banner. During the event, the students took a solemn oath to protect the nation and the Earth, pledging their commitment to patriotism and environmental stewardship.
