NEET UG 2025 Exam: अगर आप डॉक्टर बनने का सपना देख रहे हैं, तो आपको नेशनल एलिजिबिलिटी कम एंट्रेंस टेस्ट (NEET) को पास करना होगा. इसके बिना डॉक्टर बनने का सपना अधूरा रह जाएगा. इसके लिए आपको कड़ी मेहनत, डिसिप्लिन और सही स्ट्रेटजी के साथ काम करना होगा. तब जाकर यह सपना पूरा हो सकता है. अगर आप भी नीट यूजी की परीक्षा में 700+ अंक हासिल करना चाहते हैं, तो नीचे दिए गए बातों पर फोकस करें.
1.सिलेबस का करें डीप स्टडीज
NEET परीक्षा के लिए सबसे पहला कदम पूरा सिलेबस समझना है. यह परीक्षा कक्षा 11वीं और 12वीं के विषयों फिजिक्स, केमेस्ट्री और बायोलॉजी पर आधारित होती है.
2.एग्जाम पैटर्न का करें एनालिसिस
NEET परीक्षा के पैटर्न को समझना महत्वपूर्ण है. कुल 180 प्रश्न हल करने होते हैं. प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए +4 और गलत उत्तर के लिए -1 अंक मिलता है. फिजिक्स और केमेस्ट्री से 45-45 और बायोलॉजी से 90 प्रश्न आते हैं.
3.NCERT पुस्तकों को दें प्राथमिकता
NCERT पाठ्यपुस्तकों से 90 % से अधिक प्रश्न पूछे जाते हैं. इसलिए, बायोलॉजी, केमिस्ट्री और फिजिक्स के लिए NCERT का गहन अध्ययन आवश्यक है.
4.कठिन और महत्वपूर्ण टॉपिक्स को पहले करें कवर
ऑर्गेनिक केमिस्ट्री जैसे विषयों में 80-20 नियम अपनाएं, जिसमें 20% महत्वपूर्ण Topics से 80% प्रश्न आते हैं. बीच-बीच में छोटे ब्रेक लेकर अच्छे से अध्ययन करें.
5.रेगुलर प्रैक्टिस के साथ करें रिवीजन
NEET टॉपर्स प्रतिदिन 90-100 MCQ हल करते हैं. प्रैक्टिस करने के लिए पिछले 10-15 वर्षों के प्रश्न पत्र हल करें. रेगुलर रूप से मॉक टेस्ट दें. रिवीजन स्ट्रेटजी अपनाएं. रिवीजन तीन स्तरों पर किया जाना चाहिए.
A.हल्का रिवीजन : प्रतिदिन महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं का B.रिवीजनफॉर्मूला रिवीजन : गणितीय सूत्रों को रोजाना दोहराएं.
C.पूरा सिलेबस रिवीजन : हर सप्ताह एक बार पूरा सिलेबस दोहराएं.
6.मॉक टेस्ट के साथ करें सेल्फ असेसमेंट*
परीक्षा से पहले कम से कम 50 पूर्ण-लंबाई वाले मॉक टेस्ट दें. टाइमर के साथ प्रश्न हल करें ताकि स्पीड और एक्यूरेसी बढ़ सके. अपने परफॉर्मेंस का विश्लेषण करें और गलतियों से सीखें.
7.टाइम मैनेजमेंट और अनुशासन बनाए रखें.
