Led by Director Neha Singh (Teacher Trainer), the workshop created a space for coordinators to unpack practical situations from school life—exploring how they can guide, support, and empower fellow teachers while building a culture of collaboration and professional growth.
Through reflection, discussion, and shared experiences, the lab strengthened the role of teacher leaders as anchors of a supportive and evolving teaching community.

Our subject experts guided families through the structure of the ICSE curriculum , explaining the different subject groups and how students can choose their elective wisely based on their interests, aptitude, and future aspirations.
✨ Group I – Core subjects (compulsory)
✨ Group II – Applied and skill-based subjects
✨ Group III – Elective subjects offering specialization and practical exposure
Detailed insights were shared on subjects like:
🔹 Computer Applications – coding, web designing & digital skills
🔹 Physical Education – fitness, sports & discipline
🔹 Robotics & AI – hands-on innovation, artificial intelligence & emerging technologies
Teachers addressed queries and emphasized how choosing the right elective should align with a child’s curiosity, strengths, and long-term goals — keeping in mind the growing demand for technology, digital literacy, health sciences, and interdisciplinary skills.
