Roles and Responsibilities:

# Understanding the curriculum.

# Preparation of the class setting, translating the learning teaching methodology in the classroom teaching.

# Facilitate learning by establishing a relationship with children.

# Develop the appropriate skills and social abilities to enable the optimum development of children.

# Ensure high quality delivery in schools.

# Create optimal learning environment at the school.

Desired Candidate Profile:
# Degree or certification as Certified Childcare Professional from accredited source, associates or bachelors degree in early childhood education, teaching, or related field; bachelors degree or higher preferred.

# Friendly, flexible approach, open for feedback.

# Able to serve as a positive role model and leader.

# Should be well mannered, courteous and presentable.

# Have a flair for art and crafts and drawing.

# Ability to develop good relationship with parents, children and colleagues.
