The truth of the matter is it’s only you and you who determine your True Worth.

⚡ It is by your action or inaction.
⚡ It is either by choosing to follow through on your dreams and desires or not.

𝐈𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

You can read all the books and attend all the training and webinars, but 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐚 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 & 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, you determine your worth 𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

You must 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 again. Remember those 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 you had 𝐚𝐬 𝐚 𝐤𝐢𝐝?

Dream again and 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭.

Then 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 the dreams by giving them a present tense as if you are 𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲.

Use the visualization to create your goals in all areas of your life, not just possessions.

Your goal setting should include at least the six significant areas of life that you need to take action on. An action plan is necessary to put in motion the activities that will allow you to achieve your goals.

Get a 𝐝𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 to record and track your actions and a 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐥 to record and track your feelings and ideas.

Act proactively on 𝐠𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠:

🚩 What is your 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐤 is like?

🚩 What are you 𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 that may be 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐚𝐜𝐤?

Often 𝐰𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐲, thus preventing us from taking action and making our dreams come true.

Achieving your true worth is an incredible journey. You will see yourself move from where you are to where your vision takes you.

How long it will take depends on the commitment, you show to discover your self-worth.

But it all begins by deciding and taking action.

𝐀𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫
You are what you do and not what you say you will do.

𝟒 𝐑𝐮𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫𝐬 – 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐢𝐩𝐬 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭

In the last 1.5 years, I have spoken to a lot of individuals who, after the pandemic, had serious thoughts about starting a business but are unable to start, and the most common reason I hear is :
𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐦𝐲 𝐣𝐨𝐛. 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬. 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥𝐲!

That surprises me. Shouldn’t that be the reason you should become an entrepreneur?

𝐈𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞:

😍 When spending time with kids is no longer a luxury but a choice you make?
😍 When traveling to your dream destination is no longer a luxury but a choice you make?
😍 When you make money exchanging the value you provide instead of the time you spend?

But Do you know the 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐨𝐧 behind that hesitation, The 𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐟 that’s 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 from taking up entrepreneurship that you badly desire?

But who said that you need to know it all before you begin? If you are not sure which boat to board, work on building a parallel boat.
Being a 𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫 requires looking at the big picture and following a 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐧 from beginning to end.

This is one question that we all often experience at the crucial crossroads of our life. Yet, so often, we find ourselves feeling panic and frozen in time, possibly with indecision, waiting and wondering:

🚩 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐭?

Sometimes, you just 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨. Being a 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 ju**ie and having battled numerous 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 myself, people often ask me this question about their life.

The answer is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 and can never be 100% accurate. However, this is where 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 of your being comes into play.

⚡ 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬

⚡ 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡

Awareness is vital on many levels. Knowing the 𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞, you can make calculated decisions that 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬. You are already harnessing the 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 in your business and life, but the 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦 𝐢𝐬 that you are 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭. Thus it 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 that you 𝐝𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 at all.

This is where the part of the problem lies. 𝐇𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐮𝐬𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞. Even a plane flying on autopilot has the pilot looking at the panel to ensure data is consistent.

Imagine what would happen to the plane if the pilot did not consider the updated data available.

𝐒𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐨?

I guess it’s because 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬. Of course, most of you are familiar with the sources, but the concept I’ll discuss might take some of you by surprise and will allow you to harness that data and make those life-changing decisions less scary and more productive.

Say, for example, you 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐯𝐞 that your 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐮𝐫, but you are at a crossroad where you cannot decide what to do?

Harnessing the power of 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 will help you make a productive decision.

In this post, I’ll touch on one of the sources 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝

We all know that 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 we have gained throughout our lives. However, the 𝐦𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐭𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫 and remain ignorant of the data it can provide.

𝟖𝟓% 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 give up on their dream because they let their 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐮𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭. However, there is a big problem your subconscious mind prevents you from accessing all the information, and you believe that to be true.

Let’s consider the life-changing thought of becoming an entrepreneur that you have, and you are operating on autopilot like most. In that case, your subconscious will automatically discard the idea, giving you all the possible reasons why it’s not for you, and most likely, you will buy into it.

To harness the accurate data, you need to ask yourself tough questions and challenge your mind to go deep and search for hidden answers. However, to challenge your mind, you need to learn how to think, which, ironically, our education system does not teach.

If you are 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 and 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, you must work with a personal coach who will enable you to harness that data and do things you once thought were beyond your reach.

Every person on this earth has a special gift. The gifts may not all be equal, but they are all special.

Have you ever asked yourself? What is my gift?

The unique gift may be your ability to generate ideas.

✔ It may be your ability to communicate.

✔ It may be your ability to grab the attention of others,

✔ It may be your eye for detail allowing you to turn an ordinary space into a wonderful haven, where people would want to spend their time.

It’s 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐨 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 to make a change and find a path that will allow you to 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟. You just need to 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐠𝐢𝐟𝐭 and 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐢𝐭 𝐨𝐮𝐭 from where it is hidden.

The time has come for you to 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞 and 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲. Do it for yourself and for nobody else. But 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨, 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐦𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐧 𝐮𝐩 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐞’𝐬 𝐰𝐚𝐲.

Before starting my business, I thought I had no unique talent and had nothing worthwhile to offer. I know that many of you are at that place right now. So I want to encourage and tell you that you have got something.

What it is, I don’t know, only you do. But I know this, it is something special.

Not sharing it with the world will be doing a great disservice to yourself and the world as a whole. Nothing is appreciated until it is released for all to see, hear and treasure.

Imagine a world without a Mariah Carey, Michael Jackson, Bill Gates, or a Picasso. It’s almost like imagining a world without music or computers as we know them. Yet, by sharing their talent with us, these individuals have certainly made our world a better place.

You can think of others who have appeared seemingly out of nowhere and have redefined our worlds. They have changed the way we eat, drink, and relax, even how we do business. But before they took that step to show us what they had, nobody had even a clue as to what was coming.

What about you?

Who knows how you could change our world?

You could be the next big thing, but even if you don’t change the world like Bill Gates, you could still change your world in a million ways. And ultimately, that’s the essential part, changing your world.
If you don’t do something about it,

🚩 You’ll never know what you’re capable of.
🚩 You’ll never know how it could have been.

So by taking that first step, you’re making a declaration of your independence.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩?

⚠ I was sick and tired of living for weekends.
⚠ I was tired of working for a living, of always not having enough money.
⚠ I got tired of getting up in the morning and going to work even if I didn’t feel it.
⚠ I was tired of being told what to do and how to do it.
⚠ I wanted my freedom and independence.

I realized that so many people worldwide need someone to tell them that they can achieve their dreams, just as I needed someone to tell me that.

𝐈 𝐤𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐈 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐬 who thought they couldn’t make it when I made it. When you make your dreams come true, it may be only for yourself, but there are hundreds and maybe thousands who’ll be inspired, especially in your community.

They’ll say if so and so could do it, I can do it too. People from afar do not as much influence people as they are by those close to them. Your success becomes their success.

So go out there and follow your dreams.

Don’t be afraid to become the first in your community. Take it little by little, day by day, step by step. As you accomplish one step, the next step will come into view and will be that much more manageable.

The word “personal “development makes many believe that it’s about acquiring new skills.
