A general dental check-up was conducted at our school today by **Dr. Surbhi Bansal**, a well-known dentist of Hapur.

**Key Recommendations from Dr. Surbhi:**

1. Brushing at Night is Essential
- Ensure your child brushes their teeth **every night before sleeping**.
- Nighttime brushing is **very, very important** in preventing cavities and maintaining oral hygiene.

2. Correct Brushing Method
- Please supervise and guide your child to brush properly—covering all surfaces of the teeth and gums.
- Brushing should last for at least two minutes.

3. For Children Using Feeding Bottles at Night
- It is advisable to gradually discontinue the use of bottles, especially at night.
- If the bottle is still used, gently clean your child’s teeth with a soft napkin or cotton cloth after feeding—especially if they fall asleep while drinking—to prevent milk residue from causing tooth decay.

4. Dietary Guidance
- Limit the intake of sugary and junk foods.
- Encourage healthy snacks and meals to support strong teeth and overall health.
