The Mini Merry Christmas Celebration was joyfully organized at our Autism Centre to help children experience the happiness of the festive season. The centre was decorated with a small Christmas tree, lights, and colourful ornaments. Children participated in simple activities like singing carols, clapping to music, and greeting each other with “Merry Christmas.” Special care was taken to create a calm and sensory-friendly environment. This celebration helped children improve social interaction, emotional expression, and confidence while enjoying a joyful and safe festive experience.

In this activity, the child is guided to stack colorful rings one on top of another. This helps improve fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and color recognition. This activity is especially helpful for children with Autism/ADHD to develop focus and motor planning.

“Shape Joining Fine Motor Activity” For Children With Autism & ADHD-HNK
In this activity, the child is guided to join colourful plastic shapes using both hands. The therapist or teacher helps the child hold and connect the pieces correctly. This activity improves fine motor skills, hand–eye coordination, finger strength, focus, and problem-solving ability. It is especially useful for young children and children with Autism/ADHD to develop better control of hand movements and attention.
