The swimming pool of Sainik School Sujanpur Tir has finally become functional and is now open for the cadets to hone their swimming skills. The cadets are extremely enthusiastic and excited to take their dives into the pool and make the most of this wonderful facility. The facility will play a significant role in promoting fitness, confidence, discipline, and sportsmanship among the cadets.

A highly informative and practical disaster management and first aid lecture was conducted at Sainik School Sujanpur Tira by the team of 14 BN NDRF Jassur Kangra (RRC Slapper).
The session was led by Insp. Sandeep Kumar along with Constables Lakhwinder Singh, Netar Singh, Ankush Kumar and Vinod Kumar. The cadets were trained on various emergency response techniques including earthquake safety, blood control, head injury management, fracture handling, CPR, FBAO, improvised stretcher making, improvised floating devices, fire control using fire extinguishers and emergency move techniques.
The lecture proved to be highly beneficial in enhancing disaster preparedness, emergency response awareness and life-saving skills among the cadets.
