📐✨ *National Mathematics Day Celebrated with Great Enthusiasm at DAV Sr. Sec. Public School, Lajhyani* ✨📊
DAV Sr. Sec. Public School, Lajhyani proudly celebrated National Mathematics Day on the birth anniversary of the great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. The day witnessed enthusiastic participation of students in various engaging activities.
*Ist class* - Clock setting /reading in playway method
*2nd class-* activity on time and weight and measurement through act,
*3rd class -* Fun activity on ABC of mathematics,Bill making .
*4th class* - Class Quiz on Area, Perimeter formula Quiz
*5th class* - Maths relay race including problem solving.
Students of Class VI presented a thoughtful skit on the importance of Mathematics, beautifully highlighting its role in our daily lives. An exciting Mathematics Quiz was also conducted to spark curiosity, enhance logical thinking, and develop interest in the subject.
The activities aimed at removing fear of Mathematics and nurturing a positive attitude towards learning the subject. The joyful participation of students truly made the celebration meaningful and memorable.

✨ DAV Senior Secondary School, Lajhyani Celebrates Its 4th Annual Function with Grandeur ✨
DAV Senior Secondary School, Lajhyani celebrated its 4th Annual Function with great enthusiasm, splendour, and dignity. The event was a true reflection of the school’s commitment to excellence, culture, and holistic education. 🎉
The theme of the Annual Function was “Prasheesham”, a profound word taken from the Rigveda, which signifies discipline. The theme beautifully conveyed the message that discipline is the foundation of learning, character, and success, and was reflected thoughtfully in all the performances.
We were honoured by the gracious presence of our Chief Guests,
🌟 Mr. Ravinder Talwar and Mrs. Lalita Talwar, whose esteemed presence added prestige to the occasion.
The event was further graced by our Guest of Honour,

Day 6 of Bharatiya Bhasha Utsav 2025 at D.A.V. Sr. Sec. Public School, Lajhyani unfolded with yet another enriching celebration of India’s linguistic heritage. The campus buzzed with excitement as students immersed themselves in activities designed to explore the vast world of Indian languages.
From interactive games, storytelling sessions, and meaningful discussions to short peer-led presentations on regional cultures, every activity offered students a chance to learn, appreciate, and engage with the diversity that defines our nation.
