Job Summary
Digital Training Lab is looking for a passionate and skilled VFX Design Trainer to train students in Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, and Animation. The trainer will be responsible for delivering practical, industry-oriented training and helping students build professional portfolios for careers in media, entertainment, advertising, and digital content creation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical sessions on VFX and Motion Graphics.
Train students on industry-standard software such as:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Blender / Autodesk Maya (preferred)
Teach concepts of compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, green screen editing, and visual effects.
Develop course materials, assignments, and projects.
Guide students in portfolio and showreel creation.
Assess student performance and provide feedback.
Stay updated with the latest VFX trends and technologies.
Support placement and internship preparation activities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Animation, Multimedia, VFX, Graphic Design, or related field.
1–3+ years of experience in VFX, Motion Graphics, or Video Production.
Strong knowledge of VFX workflows and post-production processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
