उत्तराखंड राज्य आंदोलन के महान नायक और ‘उत्तराखंड के गांधी’ के नाम से विख्यात इंद्रमणि बडोनी की 100वीं जयंती 24 दिसंबर 2025 (बुधवार) को पूरे राज्य में श्रद्धा और गौरव के साथ मनाई गई। इस अवसर को ‘लोक संस्कृति दिवस’ के रूप में मनाया गया, जो उनके राजनीतिक संघर्ष के साथ-साथ उत्तराखंड की लोक संस्कृति के संरक्षण में उनके अतुलनीय योगदान को समर्पित था। बडोनी जी का जीवन अहिंसा, सादगी और निस्वार्थ सेवा का प्रतीक रहा; वर्ष 1994 में उनके आमरण अनशन ने पृथक राज्य आंदोलन को निर्णायक दिशा दी, वहीं केदार नृत्य के माध्यम से उन्होंने पहाड़ की सांस्कृतिक पहचान को राष्ट्रीय मंच पर स्थापित किया। इस पुण्य अवसर पर इम्पीरियम सीनियर सेकेंडरी स्कूल ने सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों का आयोजन कर बडोनी जी को भावपूर्ण श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की, जिसमें विद्यार्थियों ने लोक परंपराओं और उनके विचारों को जीवंत रूप में प्रस्तुत किया। उनकी जन्मशती हमें यह संदेश देती है कि सच्चा विकास वही है जो अपनी जड़ों, संस्कृति और नैतिक मूल्यों से जुड़ा हो, और उनका प्रेरणादायी जीवन सदैव उत्तराखंड के लिए मार्गदर्शक बना रहेगा।
The 100th birth anniversary of Indramani Badoni, the legendary leader of the Uttarakhand statehood movement and fondly remembered as the “Gandhi of Uttarakhand,” was observed across the state on Wednesday, December 24, 2025, with deep respect and enthusiasm. The occasion was commemorated as Lok Sanskriti Diwas, honoring his immense contribution not only as a political visionary but also as a guardian of Uttarakhand’s rich folk culture. Badoni Ji’s life symbolized selfless service, non-violence, and cultural pride; his historic fast-unto-death in 1994 became a turning point in the struggle for a separate Uttarakhand state, while his performances of traditional Kedar Nritya brought the identity of the hills to national and international platforms. On this significant occasion, Imperium Senior Secondary School paid heartfelt tribute to this great leader by organizing various cultural activities, through which students showcased folk traditions and reflected on his ideals of simplicity, integrity, and grassroots development. The centenary celebration served as a powerful reminder that Badoni Ji’s vision of development rooted in local culture and geography continues to inspire generations and guide the moral conscience of Uttarakhand.

Cynthia Senior Secondary School, Haldwani, hosted the Football Cup Tournament for students from Classes I to V, featuring Junior Girls and Junior Boys categories.
In the Junior Girls category, the Imperium team delivered a commendable performance by scoring one goal against Cynthia School in the quarter-final and successfully advancing to the semi-final, showcasing determination, teamwork, and competitive spirit throughout the tournament.
In the Junior Boys category, Imperium School displayed excellent skill and sportsmanship while competing against Evergreen School, earning appreciation for their disciplined and energetic play.

They explored words like "in", "on", "under", and "behind" and practiced using them in fun sentences. Our Class - I , students 🌟 have been exploring the wonderful world of plants 🌿! They learned about the different parts of a plant, including roots 🌀 that drink water and nutrients from the soil, stem 🌸 that supports the plant and helps it grow strong, leaves 🌿 that make food for the plant using sunlight and water, flowers 💐 that grow into fruits and seeds, and fruits 🍎 that contain seeds and are yummy to eat! They drew beautiful pictures 📚 and wrote short sentences about their favorite part of the plant, showcasing their creativity and understanding !
