aking English and Hindi among the rural students by its immense trying. Communication is the life blood of social as well as corporate world. We exist because we communicate. Some areas like personnel, public relations, marketing, sales labour relations call for exceptional communication skills. Editors, writers, teachers, advocates, researchers also need a highly developed ability to communicate. Executives are aloso expected to make speeches, prepare pamphlets, brochures, souvenirs, and give interviews to the media in orer to project a favourable image of their organization. Thus the ability to communicate effectively has become an important job requirement. The present job requirement is at variance with Education system. As a major percentage of the student world is from rural background, they can not have the affordability to get English medium- based-convent education. And most of the teachers from Bengali and Hindi background, sorry to mention, are not well aware about English & Hindi and English respectively. As a result our students are bound to plunge into the failure-stream. So many arrangements have been made by the Government to enrich the skill of the teachers for speaking English ( No step has been taken for improving Hindi communication ) basically from Sarva Siksha Mission. Cage has been developed but birds are in the same position. Any step has not been taken directly for the students to enrich their English & Hindi language skill development from any end.
