Today around 11:15 am few Parents gathered infront of our School gate and started demanding to give half holiday to their childrens regarding a ru mors which was spread across Dima Hasao and Karbi Anglong district of a vaccination campaign for school childrens which killed many students in various places, which was totally a fake news.
We were forced to shut our school gate by parents and guardiens by 12 noon which hamper our daily school routines ahead Half Yearly examinations.
OUR SINCERE APPEAL TO ALL THE GUARDIANS AND PARENTS OF SENGYA SAMBUDHAN HIGH SCHOOL IS THAT PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE ON SUCH TYPE OF rumors, AND BELIEVE THAT WE 26 TEACHERS ALONG WITH SMC AND NON TEACHING STAFF IS HERE TO PROTECT YOUR CHILDERNS IN SCHOOL HOURS. PLEASE SEND YOUR CHILDRENS REGULARLY FROM TOMORROW ONWARDS SINCE OUR HALFYEARLY EXAMINATION IS APPROCHING. THANK YOU, JUTHAI.

Celebrated Gandhi Jayanti & Swachh School Mission today along with Drawing and Essay Competition among the presents students. Chief Guest Kailen Daulagupu. Shri Anil Daulagupu, Chairman of Haflong Town Committee donated two Waste Bins to our School and Shri Mithunlal Bodo also donated two footballs, two volleyballs and one volleyball net.
