On 1 June 2026, the school’s Prahari Club, TOFEI, and Nashamukt Cell organized a World No To***co Day awareness program. Students and staff learned about the dangers of to***co and ni****ne, took an anti-to***co pledge, and participated in an awareness march. The event ended with a painting competition, attended by a medical team from Gyalshing District Hospital.

On 12/05/2026 tuesday Langang SS conduct a parents teachers meeting with a successful manner.
The meeting was graced by honourable guest OSD madam sunu hangma Limboo Building and housing dept, Panchayat president sir,Deputy director sir Gyalshing BAC,Head master langangSS,RDA sir,SMC president, Advisor, Members,former SMC president and parents.
The different issues of the school related with the students was discussed.
The Headmaster of Langang SS talked on the different issues related to school and the students,Deputy Director sir B B Rai also keep his opinions on the well being of students.
SMC president sir Prabin Limboo also keep his valuable words.
Panchayat president sir also added his words likewise OSD madam also add some points,
Sir Prabin Upreti also add his opinion and suggestions for the betterment of school.
The SMC body was formed for the session 2026.
Langang SS family is thankful to each and everyone for coming and making the programme a great success.

Master Sancha Raj Limboo of class VII secured 3rd position.
