A Quality Circle (QC) Training Workshop was conducted for a group of our school teachers with the aim of strengthening collaborative practices and continuous improvement in teaching–learning processes.
The workshop was led by Mr. Thomas Mathew from the Gwalior Chapter, who provided valuable insights into the concept of Quality Circles and Lead Quality Circles (LQC). He discussed various practical tools used in QC and LQC, explaining how they can be effectively applied to identify problems, analyze root causes, and arrive at constructive solutions within an educational setup.
The session was interactive, insightful, and highly motivating. Teachers found the training enriching and relevant, and it encouraged them to adopt quality-driven approaches in their professional practices.
We sincerely thank Mr. Thomas Mathew for an engaging and thought-provoking workshop.
