Green field school

Greenfield School, Started in 1989, 2015 marks the school's completion of 25 years.
It celebrates the silver jubilee year with a gala event of over 2 days in October

Committees:

Communication , Co-ordination and Branding : Rutuparna Hota, Bibhu , Santosh , Pramathesh, Ankit ++ (To be added)
- Will look at Naming and Logo Designing,
- Will develop all communication and marketing materials (For fund-raising)
- Work on the event Souvenir magazine (Coordinate for messages from different people, articles for the magazine)
- Work on the documentary film of old students, teachers, etc
- Pramathesh to manage the communication of the old page

Marketing and financing : Sujata, Raja, Ruturaj, ++

- Work with comms team for marketing materials, letters, etc.
- Open bank account (Moon)
- Raise funds
- Coordinate and assign fund-raising responsibilities
- provide advertisements and designs of advertisements sold for stands, magazine page

Cultural Committee : Jyoti, Ankit,

Plan the programmer design for the two days
Provide communication collateral requirements to the teams above
Coordinate with all classes for their plans and integration
Create subcommittees and coordinate with them

- Include cultural program,
- Career guidance talks,
- Plenary sessions,
- Nostalgia corner,
- Paintings and science exhibition (Current students)
Photo exhibition,

Old student committee : with 1 representative from each batch who will communicate the plans to respective batches. That will look at in school programme.
Draw up the symposium, career guidance, etc. and coordinate with the cultural committee on all plans. Each batch should do one part of the entire design for ease.

Parents and old teachers : to coordinate and felicitate them

Request students to volunteer for the respective committees as per interest,
assign one class representative who will coordinate on class invites, registrations, programmed coordination with Jyoti.
