Biceps workout




Before workout always warm up
And stretching.
Measure weight according to you.
1- hammer curls = reps 15 , 12 , 10 or 8

2-body cross hammer curls = reps same reps like hammer curls

3- standing alternative biceps curls = reps 12 , 12, 10

4- standing double hand biceps curls with half rang of motion = reps 8 ,8 ,8

5- biceps concentration curls with medium to heavy weight = reps 10 ,10 , 10
After workout do some posing
For high blood flow
