अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर विद्यालय में उत्साह एवं उमंग के साथ विभिन्न योगासन एवं प्राणायाम गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया गया। विद्यार्थियों ने योग के माध्यम से शारीरिक, मानसिक एवं आध्यात्मिक स्वास्थ्य के महत्व को समझा तथा स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाने का संकल्प लिया।

योग केवल व्यायाम नहीं, बल्कि भारतीय संस्कृति की अमूल्य धरोहर है, जो मन, शरीर और आत्मा के बीच सामंजस्य स्थापित करता है। योगाभ्यास के दौरान विद्यार्थियों ने ताड़ासन, वृक्षासन, भुजंगासन, वज्रासन तथा विभिन्न प्राणायामों का अभ्यास किया और नियमित योग करने के लाभों के बारे में जाना।
