जिन अधिवक्ताओं का वकालत का पंजीकरण 31 मार्च 2011 के उपरान्त है, वे एमपी ऑनलाइन के माध्यम से या स्वयं, डिक्लेरेशन फॉर्म भर ले । 31 मार्च 2011 के उपरान्त पंजीकृत अधिवक्ताओं को कोई भी दस्तावेज संलग्न नहीं करना हैं, सिर्फ पासपोर्ट फोटो व हश्ताक्षर की छायाप्रति स्कैन करना होगा।

नोट :-

जिन अधिवक्ताओ व्दारा पूर्व में एमपी ऑनलाइन के जरिए अपना वेरिफिकेशन कराया था उन्हें पुन : वेरीफिकेशन कराए जाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।
