The final sequencing of the events ,and venues are listed below date wise :

Some more information u guys regarding events are:

1) Paper presentation must be on technical topics.
Only technical paper presentation will be allowed

2) D INQUEST , QUIZ is also a combo of tech and general topics.
Basic questions of each and every sphere of life will be asked in Mains round. Advanced i.e Finals will be suprise ;-)

Its very important information for those who are going to participate in robotics.
Please take care of the rules.

Rules of the ROBOZONE:

1)ROBO RACE:
Team members: 3

* during the match only one team member will participate in competition ( active member). He/she will be controlling the robot. Teams are allowed to switch the active member in different matches.

* the robot should follow specifications provided. Any deviations from the mentioned specifications will lead to disqualification.

* bot specifications are as follows:
Length X width = 30X30 cm
18 volt (DC) voltage is allowed for
powering the bot.

2) ROBO WAR:
Team members: 4

* during the match only one team member will participate in the competition (active member). He/she will be controlling the robot. Teams are allowed to switch the active member in different matches.

* a robot is declared Victorious if its opponent become totally inactive. A robot will be declared inactive if it cannot display any movement for a time period of 30 seconds.

* ROUND DESCRIPTION:
There will be one to one match between two bots at a time. The round will be of 5 minutes. The aim will be to overpower among opponent and throw them out of the arena. Drop into the pit made in the arena and the team can destroy their opponent with their weapon.

* ROBOT SPECIFICATION:
the initial dimensions of the robot should not exceed 75X75X75 cm. However there is no limitation once the match starts.

Any machine components should not disattach during any point of the war.

The weight of the bot should not exceed 30 kgs.

In case of pneumatics the weight of cylinder will be included in this 30 kgs.

Remote control can be wired/wireless.

Power supply should not exceed 40volts (DC).

*PNEUMATICS AND HYDRAULICS
participant can use pneumatics and hydraulics weapon but use of external pressure liquid pressure are not allowed. Cylinders should be placed on the robots.

The outlet pressure of the source tank should not exceed 3bars.

The used pressure should be indicated by means of a temporary fitted pressure gauge on there should be a provision to measure the cylinder pressure on the robot. You must have a safe way of refilling system and determining the on board pressure.

All pneumatic components on board a robot must be surely mounted. Particular attention must be paid to the pressure vessel mounting and armour to ensure that if rupture it will not escape the robot. The pressure vessel bottle and source tank are used interchangeble.


3 minutes after every war will be given to each and every team.

3) ROBO SOCCER:
* each team have maximum 3 members. Each team is allowed to have a maximum one bot.

* 5 minutes of setup time will be provided to each time for per game setup and testing.

* in case of the tie 3 minutes of extra time will be given.

* RULES OF FOULS:
grabbing of the ball so as to make it impossible for other team to get the control of the ball will considerd as foul.

If the bot push ball out of arena then it will be a foul.

There will be a penalty of 5 marks to the team.

*ROBOT SPECIFICATION:
the bot must be fit into cube of 40X40X40 cm.

All times maximum potential difference between any two points on thr bot should not exceed 24 volts

Bot control cal be wired/wireless.

4) AQUA ROBO:

*BOT SPECIFICATION:
30X30X30 cm , lengthXwidthXheight.

Maximum voltage can be used is 18 volts.

Fins and propellers of bot should be inside or half inside the water.

The winner will be who will complete the circuit in minimum time.

One team can have only one bot and one handler.
