One of the most special aspects of Makar Sankranti is to do charity and help the needy. People donate various items to the underprivileged. This year KGians donated rice, dal, utensils and clothes to the helpers.
Through a simple act of donation (dana) each one of us can spread joy among others and enrich ourselves with happiness. So, donate whenever you find anyone in need and feel the pleasure of care.

Tribute to Great Soul Dr. M. B. Nigam
“ Great people do not die, physically they may not be visible to us, but they always remain in the hearts of their well-wishers.”
It is also true about Late Dr. M. B. Nigam, Found and Chairman of School Managing Committee, K. G. Children Higher Secondary School,Moral, Gwalior. He is still alive in our hearts through his ideals, deeds and memories.
Dr. M. B. Nigam's life created a roadmap to guide us to make our lives more fruitful and our community stronger. He led his life simple, yet around powerful principles and dedicated himself only for others.

TEACHER'S DAY Celebration 2020
Teachers’ Day celebrates the unique role that adults play in the lives of young minds and help shape the future of a country.
Teachers’ Day 2020 is celebrated to mark the birthday of the country’s former President, scholar, philosopher and Bharat Ratna awardee, Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
On Teachers Day, We are grateful to the hardworking teachers for their contributions towards shaping minds and building our nation and we express gratitude to our teachers for their remarkable efforts.

अभिभावकों को संदेश

तीन महीनों से बच्चे घरों में ही बंद हैं। ऑनलाइन कक्षाएं भी अब खत्म हो चुकी हैं। गर्मी की छुट्टियाँ बच्चों को मज़ा नहीं दे रहीं, बल्कि सज़ा सी हो गईं हैं। न हॉबी क्लासेस, न कहीं घूमना फिरना और न घर से निकल कर मैदान में खेलना। ऐसे में बच्चे अब चिड़चिड़े हो चले हैं। इस स्थिति में माता-पिता और ख़ासकर माताओं के लिए, यह एक चुनौती है कि बच्चों को कैसे खुश और ऊर्जावान रखा जाए। अभिभावकों को एक बातचीत के माध्यम से कुछ टिप्स दी, विद्यालय की प्राचार्या, सुश्री मीरा श्रीवास्तव। मीरा जी से आभा गुप्ता की यह बातचीत आप अवश्य सुने , कोविड-19 जागरूकता के विशेष कार्यक्रम में-

"A great soul never dies and serves everyone all the time." Her selfless goal brings us together and fills us with new zeal due to her hard work, dedication and determination. A profound tribute was paid to Late Smt. Satya Nigam, founder chairman of the school on her 38th Death Anniversary- 22nd May, 2020 in the school. Floral tributes were offered by honorable Director- Smt. Sadhna Shrivastava and Principal- Ms. Meera Shrivastava and Staff members.
An educationist par excellence, our founder's spirit of selfless service and single minded devotion made her an inspiration and we hope to emulate her values.

No matter how bad a situation might seem, there is always some good aspect to it. During this lockdown to continue teaching, the school has found way to deal with a quick solution to provided virtual materials to students during this crisis.
School is stitching together available online tools and hardware to go virtual.
Though these can’t replicate the classroom setup, we are going with a mix of live classes and recorded videos.
Teachers are working as content creators and parents step in as proctors, keeping up with lesson plans in the month of April.
