Better than living a hundred years
Ill behaved, unconcentrated,
Is living for one day
Well behaved, a meditator.

A man who had climbed upon a certain fig tree, was bending the boughs toward him and plucking the ripe
fruit, which he then put into his mouth to destroy and gnaw with his hard teeth. The chestnut, seeing this, tossed its long branches and with tumultuous rustle exclaimed: “Oh Fig! How much less protected by nature you are than I. See how my sweet offspring are set in close array; first clothed in soft wrappers over which is the hard but softly lined husk. And not content with this much care, nature has also given us these sharp and close-set spines, so that the hand of man cannot hurt us”. Then the fig tree began to laugh, and after the laughter it said: “You know well that man is of such ingenuity that he will bereave even you of your children. But in your case he will do it by means of rods and stones; and when they are felled he will trample them with his feet or hit them with stones, So that your offspring will emerge from their armor crushed and maimed; while I am touched carefully by his hands, and never, like you, with roughness.”

This dissatisfaction that we all encounter with ourselves where we fail to accept ourselves naturally beautiful. Make ups are based upon the dissatisfaction with your natural form and based upon an insecurity which is induced by companies. There is this consistent effort to make you feel insecure about your form and appearance. To disregard your natural form and appearance, to create a sense of dissatisfaction with what you are. And once you become part of what they want i.e generation of insecurities around looks and appearances in people, you are made insecure and doubtful about your appearance, they come up with solutions to perceived problems...... Huge Respect for South Africa 🇿🇦

South Africa played one of the Finest Cricket throughout this T20 World Cup 2024, but at the end got beaten by unbeaten India 🇮🇳 , always a great team that played best cricket consistently, the character they show on field and off the field is what describes their stature.
SA 🇿🇦 Won 8 Consecutive Matches, but lost the Final by "Barest of Margin"

To team India, Words cannot fully describe what this means to the team and to me. A dream realised, nothing is going to top this for a while ❤️🏆🇮🇳

Dear RO-KO, .kohli
Many congratulations on this well deserved worldcup victory. However, I just want to say along with the joy 🥳of winning I feel sad 😔 as and announced retirement from T20I cricket, two of the greatest to play the game. I had not been a cricket enthusiast when I started watching cricket, it was back in 2013 when I started watching cricket due to then while watching I became fan of . I remember I always wanted to turn off when Rohit used to get out however very next moment Virat's mesmerising cover drives would hold me infront of TV.
I remember whenever India played close matches in tough situations people relied on you. Whenever our team was found to be in hot water the whole nation breathed with you.
I had Rohit's poster near my study table and when I had to change my place, it felt really bad to remove it once and not watch him every day, I don't know how much time it will take to digest that you won't be there in T20 team. There may be new stars but no belief and hope when it will be troubled situation.
It's been pleasure to watch you play for India. Watching cricket since 2013, shall be your fan till I die.
Best wishes and thankful for the memories and happiness you brought in our lives.

There is a reason the sky gets dark at night. We were not meant to see everything all the time. We are meant to rest and trust under this bold, full dark sky. Because no matter how heavy the shadows fill the night, in time, we will see morning sunlight. We will see that even though we were tired, weary, and we could not see the ground beneath our feet, somehow, we still moved forward. We still pushed through.

And it might take years to see how all of this comes together. We might not always see the pieces fall in place in the timeframe in which we desired. But this does not have to stop us from resting, and trusting that we will not always be here. We are not stuck at this stage. As terrifying as they may be, our present uncertainties will not last forever. The pieces will come together in their time. We will grow in the way we were meant to: older and wiser with each day. And that is a beautiful thing. Even when we did not notice it. Even in the darkness. We are on our way. Growing in grace and wisdom.

Why I don't post my gratitude for my mom on social media platforms?
I think the love which people try to portray on social media is never meant for the person but for the community on their time-line. People post Happy mother's day photos, but their moms are not on any those platforms.
For whom are you posting Happy mother's day when she can't view or read? Even if she is there then are social media platforms the perfect place to show her that you love her? Why don't you give her a call or if possible say in-person what you post for her?
The answer is because the posts are never oriented for mothers but the community whose validation you seek.
What I try to explain is that you have been struck in this web where social relationships are maintained through posts not by verbal and emotional expressions. My mom doesn't see my status, nor she is on instagram. Do I still need to post my picture with her and with a gratitude message? If yes then why and for whom?
For people who have no idea about my bonds and love. Too be honest it is another drama which is born out of social pressure which comes out. Not posting is often seen to be not bothering about bond. But that's not How it is.
I can love my mom, respect her and post not a single line about her. However I shall ensure I say what I feel to her.
You may disagree with me but you are been fooled to view relationships as social media influencing.
Go and Give her a tight hug (I can't since I am away from home) or call and let her know how much you love her in your voice, in your words, she will be happy as much as she was when you spoke for first time.
