Dear Sir/Ma’am,
After four consecutive hits bang on in the sphere of academics, here comes the opportunity for the students and staff of KSOL to showcase their managerial and sporting talents. School of Law, KIIT University, remarked for its excellent hospitality and arrangements brings you another nerve wrecking event , its 1st Inter-University National Sports Fest, “KROHNOZONE”, with pump in the vein stuff spanning over a period of four days, tentatively from 24th – 27th February 2014, an event which promises to be sui-generis, special and glorifying, the main attraction being the Day and Night Events.
The KSOL Sports Committee is extremely pleased to invite and eager to welcome your prestigious Law School to be a part of this ambitious event and make it a massive success. The “KROHNOZONE” though at its budding stage, promises not to disappoint anyone and would definitely live up to the expectation and the lexis expressed. There would be a rush of blood in the 11 sporting disciplines you will play which would bring the best out of you. Immense pride and glory is going to be at stake, and also keep in mind the whooping Cash Prizes involved in each and every sporting disciplines.
The formal invitations shall be sent by the last week of December along with the Rule Book, Confirmation Form, Registration Details, and Contingent List Form. Please note that your participation will be confirmed solely upon receipt of the registration details and a nominal fee. Details of the same shall be provided to you along with the formal invitation.

Note: All the Informal Events are separate and the interested players have to register themselves for the particular event.
Note: In case the women’s team participating in either Cricket or Football does not have the requisite number of players (i.e. 11) then please intimate us at the earliest so that necessary arrangements and steps might be taken to make the event 7-a-side or 5-a-side.
OTHER ATTRACTIONS
If you’re saturated with the regulation excitement and ecstasy of “KROHNOZONE”, and you want a break from the noise and buzz, there’s always an alternative, and it won’t disappoint even at the slightest. Bhubaneswar is known as the City of Temples, housing the 11,000 years old Lingaraj Temple. One hour drive from Bhubaneswar is Puri which has its special Golden Beach and the famous Jangannath Temple. The Chilka Lake with its Dolphins and the Konark Sun Temple near the beautiful Chandrabhaga Beach are some of the special attractions in and around the city.

Start training-The biggest sporting event of 2014 is knocking at your doors.
We expect to receive an intimation from your end within 16th December, 2013, mentioning the status of your participation along with a tentative list of events that you wish to participate in.
