Aim of the association:
a) The general aims of the Association are:
- to keep in touch with and animate all former students so as to help them to preserve, develop and live the values of the Salesian education they received;
- to uphold and promote the values and the rights of the human person and the family;
- to work towards building up a social and political order based on justice, peace and harmony in keeping with Don Bosco's vision for the youth; and
- Maintaining a close contact with the Alma Mater, Assam Don Bosco University, by providing a 'feed-back' to it and collaborating in its growth and development. The Association will endeavour to keep alive the ties of fraternal friendship initiated by Don Bosco and continued through his Salesians.

30th NEIES ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE, 5th and 6th August 2026
The 30th NEIES international conference was successfully conducted by the Department of Education, Assam Don Bosco University and North East India Education Society. Total 67 papers were presented both online and offline through 11 technical sessions.
