Awareness Workshop on Homestay/Bed & Breakfast Successfully Held
Niloy Homestay & Tourism successfully hosted an Awareness Workshop on the Homestay/Bed & Breakfast Scheme on 17 July 2026. The programme was organised by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, North Eastern Regional Office, Guwahati in association with Niloy Homestay & Tourism.
The workshop was attended by Shri V. S. Kumaran, Assistant Director, and Mrs Meera Rani Das, Tourist Information Officer of North Eastern Regional Office, Guwahati. Around 20 participants from homestays, lodges, and guest houses in and around the AIIMS Changsari area attended the workshop. Aspiring local residents, entrepreneurs, and other tourism stakeholders also took part in the programme.
During the workshop, the resource persons explained the benefits of the Homestay/Bed & Breakfast Scheme, the registration process, government support available, quality standards, and the importance of community-based tourism in promoting sustainable and medical tourism. The interactive session encouraged participants to strengthen hospitality services and contribute the growth of tourism in the region.

১৭ জুলাই ২০২৬ তাৰিখে নিলয় হোমষ্টে এণ্ড টুৰিজম-ত হোমষ্টে/বেড এণ্ড ব্ৰেকফাষ্ট আঁচনি বিষয়ক এখন সজাগতা কৰ্মশালা সফলতাৰে অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। এই অনুষ্ঠানৰ আয়োজন কৰে ভাৰত চৰকাৰৰ পৰ্যটন মন্ত্ৰালয়ৰ, উত্তৰ-পূব আঞ্চলিক কাৰ্যালয়, গুৱাহাটী আৰু সহযোগিতা আগবঢ়ায় নিলয় হোমষ্টে এণ্ড টুৰিজমে।
কৰ্মশালাখনত সমল ব্যক্তি হিচাপে উপস্থিত থাকে শ্ৰী ভি. এছ. কুমাৰণ, সহকাৰী সঞ্চালক, আৰু শ্ৰীমতী মীৰা ৰাণী দাস, পৰ্যটন তথ্য বিষয়া, উত্তৰ-পূব আঞ্চলিক কাৰ্যালয়, গুৱাহাটী । এই কৰ্মশালাত AIIMS চাংসাৰিৰ আশে-পাশে থকা প্ৰায় ২০টা হোমষ্টে, লজ আৰু অতিথিশালাৰ প্ৰতিনিধিৰ লগতে হোমষ্টে আৰম্ভ কৰিবলৈ আগ্ৰহী স্থানীয় বাসিন্দা, উদ্যোগী আৰু পৰ্যটন ক্ষেত্ৰৰ বিভিন্ন অংশীদাৰ অংশগ্ৰহণ কৰে।
কৰ্মশালাত সমল ব্যক্তিসকলে হোমষ্টে/বেড এণ্ড ব্ৰেকফাষ্ট আঁচনিৰ সুবিধাসমূহ, পঞ্জীয়ন প্ৰক্ৰিয়া, চৰকাৰী সহায়-সহযোগিতা, গুণগত মানদণ্ড, লগতে সম্প্ৰদায়ভিত্তিক পৰ্যটনৰ জৰিয়তে বহনক্ষম পৰ্যটন আৰু চিকিৎসা পৰ্যটনৰ বিকাশত ইয়াৰ গুৰুত্ব সম্পৰ্কে বিশদভাৱে ব্যাখ্যা কৰে। অংশগ্ৰহণকাৰীসকলৰ সৈতে অনুষ্ঠিত মত-বিনিময়ৰ সময়ত আতিথ্য সেৱাৰ মান উন্নত কৰি অঞ্চলটোৰ পৰ্যটন বিকাশত অধিক সক্ৰিয় ভূমিকা গ্ৰহণ কৰিবলৈ উৎসাহ যোগোৱা হয়।
