It is a matter of deep pain for all of us that the 4th Ranjit Dutta Memorial which was scheduled to be held during the 1st week of April has been postponed because of the ongoing pandemic.
The new dates will be announced later on.
I pray to almighty to give us strength and blessings to fight at this crucial stage.

On behalf of our association It is our privelege to announce that as promised and delivered we have been handing over the Cash Scholarship Award every year to the most promising player of the North East India Open Tennis tournament in memory of Late Ranjit Dutta organised by Racquets And Balls Tennis Association in collaboration with Kreeda Bharati.
This year the award was recieved by Miss Namrata Das,a budding young talent of Guwahati.
Last year this award was recieved by Master Manan Nath of Numaligarh.
I hope in the future endeavours by the blessings of all we will work with the similar manner for the improvement of “Sports As a Whole ,Tennis In Particular”.
Lastly on behalf of the tennis fraternity wish all the budding Players,Coach’s & Parents Of Assam & the whole North-East a very good luck for a better sports career in the coming days.
The Cash Scholarship Award amounting to Rs.20,000/- will be utilised in playing National Level tournaments outside Assam.

People have well accepted our ideologies and motive behind organising such event.

Master Manan Nath,participating in Asian Junior affilated by Asian Tennis Federation organised by Jorhat Tennis Club.
He is one of the most promising players of our State along with many other promising players like Udit Gogoi,Anchit Gogoi,Jigyashman Hazarika,Arunesh Bora,Andy Thaosen,Tushar paul and others also.
Wish them success on behalf of RBTA.
